OurTech has been operating in the Omaha area for over five (5) years, first under the Mandolfo Associates name, then as a separate stand alone organization incorporated in August of 2005. Our management team and engineers collectively bring over 50 years of experience in business, technology, and systems architecture to the market place.

OurTech services many local and regional companies of various sizes with network monitoring, maintenance and management solutions. We are recognized as a reliable advisor to our customers. The OurTech Management Team
Robert Troyer, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Troyer has an extensive business background having owned and operated previous successful businesses. In addition to being actively involved in running the day-to-day operations of OurTech, he has served as Vice Chairman for TransFirst ePayment Services, Chairman of Mandolfo Associates & Connect IT Staffing, and Chairman of American Bankcard International. Mr. Troyer was a founder and Chief Executive Officer for Data Processors International, Inc., one of the largest privately held credit card processing companies in the country before the company was sold in 2002.

Derrald Farnsworth-Livingston, VP of Systems and Operations. Prior to OurTech Solutions, Derrald held the position of Senior Systems Administrator for ShopKo, Pamida, and Data Processors International, Inc., at the time one of the largest privately held credit card processing companies in the industry. His experience also includes a role as System Administrator for U.S. West Communications.

Derrald received his Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. His certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer specializing in Messaging (MCSE:M), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer specializing in Security (MCSE:S), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Netscreen Certified Security Associate (NCSA).

The OurTech Engineering Staff:
The members of OurTech Solutions' engineering staff are certified Microsoft Engineers. One primary advantage of this level of education is the ability to notice trends and indicators. Many small and mid-sized businesses face similar recurring problems and frustrations with their technology systems and applications. Rather than simply reacting when these issues arise, we focus on delivering proactive and preventive network maintenance plans.

OurTech’s staff of IT engineers is composed of among the most experienced Microsoft experts in the Omaha market.
