Help Desk and Trouble Ticket Support
One of the most evident IT needs a business has is the efficient, courteous, and prompt support of personnel utilizing computing systems. OurTech’s help desk services offer a team of dedicated and certified professionals to augment technical support to end users.

Trouble tickets and the help desk can be initiated three ways:

  • Icon in the tool tray – Double click, submit problem or question, and Leave IT To OurTech
  • Email – Send an email to help@ourtechsolutions.com and Leave IT To OurTech
  • Call our help desk at 778-7999 and Leave IT to OurTech

Once a ticket is submitted the escalation and resolution of the ticket is managed according to our Service Level Agreement. All time and communications are documented and delivered with monthly invoices and summaries, providing an audit trail and accountability points.
